On April 21, an integrated online lesson dedicated to the Holocaust history and genocides was held at the Ivan Bohun Kyiv Military Lyceum. The event combined literature and history, creating a platform for understanding the tragic pages of the 20th century.
The experts invited during the lesson were the head of educational programs of “Tkuma” Institute Iryna Piskareva and Dr. Igor Shchupak. In their speeches, the speakers raised important topics they talked about the lessons of the Holocaust, Ukrainian-Jewish relations and the importance of historical truth. Special attention was paid to the role of educational programs in the formation of moral values of young people.
Despite the remote format, the event was distinguished by a sincere atmosphere, lively interaction and a high level of interest among participants. The Tkuma Institute is sincerely grateful to the organizers of the event for their cooperation and the opportunity to join in educating a conscious generation. We are already planning further joint educational initiatives.
