Освітні проекти
"Tkuma" Institute has experience in organization and conduction of educational events for school and university students, school teachers. In cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, regional institutes of advanced teacher training, "Tkuma" Institute organized special system of seminars for improvement of teachers' skills.
"Tkuma" Institute has unique experience in creating textbooks. School History textbooks created by "Tkuma" Institute won All-Ukrainian State Contests and were released in hundreds of thousands of copies.
"Tkuma" Institute effectively cooperates with regional office of Junior Academy of Sciences. On the base of "Tkuma" Institute winter and summer sessions of JAS are conducted. During this events school students have an opportunity to work with the Holocaust museum holdings, consult the Institute and Museum research associates and meet famous Ukrainian and foreign scholars.

On November 25, a comprehensive two-day educational project was launched at “Tkuma” Institute and Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine”, which is being implemented with the support of the Kulturna Stolytsia program. Students of 9-11 grades from Dobropillya, Donetsk region – winners of annual competitions of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, participants of regional and all-Ukrainian tournaments and Olympiads.

On November 24, new historical webinar organized by “Tkuma” Institute and “Orion” Publishing House. The topic of the event is “The Holodomor of 1932-1933: Scientific Discussions and Public Memory” (for the Holodomor Remembrance Day).

On November 1, an online seminar for history teachers and methodologists of Odessa region was held. It was organized by “Tkuma” Institute together with the Odessa Academy of Continuing Education. Iryna Piskariova, the head of the educational department of “Tkuma” Institute, and Dr. Igor Shchupak were invited to make reports-presentations on topical issues of school education.

The Final of the XVIII International Creative Works Contest for teachers, school and university students, postgraduates “Lessons of War and Holocaust – Lessons of Tolerance”, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, “Tkuma” Institute, Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine”.
