On November 11, Alexander Vinnikov, head of NATO Delegation to Ukraine, director of NATO Liaison Office in Ukraine visited Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine” and “Tkuma” Institute.
Mr. Vinnikov came to Dnipro to participate in the first international medical conference in Ukraine “Organization of security, counteraction and emergency response in Eastern Ukraine”. Co-organizers of the event, which will last until November 15, became the Program “Harvard Humanitarian Initiative”, Program NATO “Science for Peace and Security” and Mechnikov Dnipropetrovsk State Hospital.
Dr. Igor Shchupak conducted a guided tour for the honored guest. History and present times, World War II and the Holocaust, the modern war of Russia against Ukraine were discussed during the tour. Mr. Alexander asked questions, made photos.
After the tour Alexander Vinnikov had the opportunity to get acquainted with “Tkuma” Institute work directions and it’s published books.
