PRESENTATION OF “TKUMA” INSTITUTE PUBLICATIONS  IN COOPERATION WITH THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF UKRAINE

In January 27, 2017 Dr. Iegor Vradiy, head of "Tkuma" Institute and the Holocaust Museum Research Department, conducted thematic guided tour dedicated to International Holocaust Remembrance Day for senior students of school #144 from Dnipro.

As a part of the guided tour school students took part in the Commemorative Ceremony dedicated to the Holocaust victims. The Ceremony was organized by the Holocaust Museum in cooperation with Israeli Cultural Center in Dnipro. Six symbolic candles in memory for the six million Jews killed in the Holocaust were lightened by Viacheslav Smotkin, the Second Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Israel, director of Israeli Cultural Center in Dnipro. Natalia Feduschak (UJE) told about the unique exhibits - a family heirloom, which she temporarily donated to our museum.
