Review

A special feature of the book is that it contains the testimonies of eyewitnesses and victims of the Holocaust, Righteous among the Nations, soldiers and those who survived the evacuation and worked for victory in the home front.

The remembrances contain information about relationships between represen tatives of different nationalities, Jews persecutions by Nazis, mass exterminations and rescues.
All of these historical images help comprehend the inhumanity of the war, the tragedy of the Holocaust, which is important for students and teachers of Holocaust history, as well as for everyone interested in history.
