On October 16, opening of creative works exhibition, made by the participants of the Contest "Lessons of the War and the Holocaust – Lessons of Tolerance" organized by the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine and “Tkuma” Ukrainian Institute for Holocaust Studies was held at Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine. More than twenty exhibits, including prints, paintings and graphics, crocheted works, dough paintings and wicker figures was presented at the exhibition.

Vladyslav Bazylevskyi, “Tkuma” Institute educational projects coordinator opened the exhibition. Svitlana Predco and Cyrylo Boiko – winners of this year's contest, who told about the importance and relevance a creative works on the Holocaust history making also were presented at the opening. Dr. Yehor Vradii, deputy director of Museum “Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine” noted: “We wanted to show a view of the tragedy not only of the Holocaust, but also other tragedies of the 20th century, such as the Holodomor of 32-33 as the genocide of the peasantry through the sight of children and youth creative works”.
