On October 11, 2016 “Tkuma” Institute and the Holocaust Museum Research Programs Coordinator Iegor Vradii conducted several lessons dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy at secondary school #132 (Dnipro).

He drew attention of the students to the fact that “Babyny Yary” – places of mass murder of Jews – existed throughout the occupied Ukraine. Dnipropetrovsk wasn’t an exception. On October 13, 1941 mass shootings of Jews started. According to different estimates, 11 to 13 thousand people became victims of Nazi policy just in two days. By 1943 almost all Jews of the city had been killed.

The separate session was devoted to presentation of Educational mobile exhibition dedicated to the Holocaust and Babyn Yar.
