On January 20, 2015 Dnipropetrovsk hosted Educational seminar for History teachers and methodologists.
Dr Igor Shchupak delivered the lecture "Fascism in the Past and Present: Studying World War II and the Holocaust History During the Current War Against Ukraine".
Then Valentyn Rubalka, "Tkuma" Institute and the Museum Research Associate, conducted guided tour around Museum "Jewish Memory and Holocaust in Ukraine". Iryna Piskariova, "Tkuma" Institute Educational Programs Coordinator, told teachers about the organization of search and creative work of pupils in the process of studying the Holocaust history as well as presented "Tkuma" Institute educational programs for pupils.
The final part of the seminar was devoted to direct discussion of the problems of teaching Holocaust and issues of tolerance.
