On June 11, draft decision "On street renaming in Novomoskovsk" was published by Novomoskovsk city council. According to it, reviewed the letter of “Tkuma” Ukrainian Institute for Holocaust Studies («Revival»), taking into account the public discussion protocol on the renaming of Schmidt Street in Novomoskovsk, Novomoskovsk city council decided to rename the Schmidt Street on the Natalia Levchenko Street – Righteous Among the Nations, who during the Holocaust rescued a Jew from the death.
Thereby, for today already 12 streets were named in honor of true heroes - Righteous Among the Nations in Dnipropetrovsk region.
